Description
Description
Elk jerky has a long tradition in the history of RENJER. To honor that tradition but also to make a step towards the future, we have created the modern taste of Elk Jerky Black Pepper.
This is exactly the right choice for everyone, who always wished their elk jerky would be spiced up with the rich flavours of black pepper. The elk meat that is used in our products is sourced from the Scandinavian and Baltic forests and is 100% wild game meat from hunting.
And, since many people asked us before, let us make this point clear: Yes, this is the world’s biggest deer species, the large European elk with its huge, broad antlers – also known as moose in North America. And believe us, with this modern seasoned version of our RENJER’s elk jerky, we are not only offering an alternative to the classic. This elk jerky truly has the potential to become your favourite (at least if you like pepper!).

Possibly the best jerky I have had. I was worried about pepper being added until it was overwhelming, but instead the taste is pleasantly subtle.
Nur gutes zu sagen.

Large pieces of dried meat full of flavour regardless the marinade you prefer. Some people say the best marinade for wild meat is the taste of the wild meat itself. Some prefer it with pepper or chili. What's your favourite?
